Darren participates in New York's World Vision Tsunami Benefit Concert alongside Ben Lee, Second Dan, and Jennifer Hawkins. He also appeares in Australia on March 5, performing at Lesbian and Gay Mardi Gras Party.
Darren appears as a guest on Live 8 'Pre-Show' in London with Molly Meldrum to be broadcast in Australia on cable television channel Fox 8.
Darren goes into the studio in Los Angeles to co-produce the first single from the band’s upcoming greatest hits package.
Entitled ‘So Beautiful’, the song (which was co-written by Hayes and long-time collaborator Robert Conley) is one of two new Darren Hayes tracks to be included with the release.
Announcement made that the release of ‘Truly, Madly, Completely – the Best of Savage Garden’ is slated for November 7 in all markets except the US (where the album will come out early in the New Year).
